Strutturata con due stabilimenti produttivi, il centro di distribuzione e sede operativa nella zona industriale alle porte di Milano Nord, la Fratelli Mariani ha ricercato e fondato i propri punti di forza nella realizzazione di prodotti metallici destinati ad un ampio mercato sempre più esigente, innovativo e tecnologico.

Company foundationFratelli Mariani SpA was established by the brothers Battista and Pasquale in Erno di Veleso, a well-known area near the Como lake where the weaving tradition has been closely connected with the skills in working metal wires.
Administrative headquarters
Administrative headquarterAdministrative Office It became immediately necessary to make the entrepreneurial idea operative. The administrative office was transferred to Milan, the strategical base and heart of Italian entrepreneurship. At the same time, the production of the wire mesh was started in the Lezzeno (Como) facility.

Following the development of the market and the colonial expansion of the times, Fratelli Mariani SpA opened a branch in Ethiopia in Addis Ababa, where it produced and sold its products.
New production area
New production areaThe company felt the need to grow further in order to comply with the international standards and the requests of the new emerging market. As a result, the new production area was built in Bresso for the production of expanded metal.
Milan office expansion
Milan office expansionAt this point, the company was among the leading European companies in the production of wire mesh and expanded metal, and Fratelli Mariani SpA enlarged the central office in Milan in order to optimally respond to the increasing needs of the commercial area.

Birth of the new headquarters in Cormano
New headquarters in Cormano (Milan)At the start of the new millennium, aware of the social-political changes related to the achievement of the single market, the company decided to carry out a significant internal reorganisation project. The new headquarters were established in Cormano (Mi), which includes the commercial, logistics and administrative divisions. It was also the year of upgrading to ISO 9001:2000 certification. The aim is to become the brand of reference in the sector by bringing together the resources and personnel in a modern and technologically advanced structure.

This led to the establishment of the MARIANItech® Architectural Solutions brand.

Fratelli Mariani SpA becomes a Green Building Council memberFratelli Mariani SpA, always careful to respect current regulations, continuously invests in the research and development of products that are increasingly eco-sustainable and useful for energy savings: it becomes a member of the Green Building Council. The products of the MARIANItech® line are made out of completely recyclable materials, implementing its new designs according to the latest environmental standards and provide an important contribution also in the reduction of emissions, promoting the coverage and solar protection of buildings, thereby limiting the related electrical consumption.

La direzione considera il Sistema di Gestione per la Qualità come l’elemento chiave per stimolare il miglioramento verso una reale qualità di processi e prodotti, incrementando la capacità competitiva e l’efficienza aziendale.
La Fratelli Mariani ha ottenuto la certificazione secondo la norma ISO 9002:94 nel 1995 dal BVQI Italia accreditato SINCERT poi ACCREDIA. Il sistema qualità è stato successivamente adeguato all’evoluzioni normative (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008 e ISO 9001:2015 ).
Con la nuova norma è stato introdotto il monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente: mediante appositi strumenti vengono valutati i riscontri e l’analisi dei dati consente di cogliere aspettative ed esigenze dei clienti, per soddisfarle al meglio.
La politica aziendale pone particolare attenzione alla Customer Satisfaction e al miglioramento continuo. Sono considerati elementi essenziali per stimolare l’efficienza e quindi la competitività, unitamente alla gestione dei processi ed alla misurazione e monitoraggio delle prestazioni che ne incrementano l’efficacia.
