EXPANDED METAL for architecture
The three-dimensionality and subsequent workability of expanded metal make it an ideal element for the most diverse industrial and architectural applications.
Thanks to these distinctive characteristics, derived from the combination of cutting and elongation, architectural expanded metal sheets are waste-free and can be produced in many combinations of materials and formats, resulting in solutions of great economic efficiency and visual impact.
All expanded metal sheets can be produced in carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, nickel and any other ductile material, to achieve the most suitable aesthetic and functional effect for modern and functional design fences, facades and exterior cladding.

Durable, functional and customisable, expanded metal fencing provides great design flexibility. You can choose from aluminium, carbon steel and many types of mesh, from open to semi-open to closed.
Many colour customisation options are also available, as well as powder coating and anodising for a durable, weather-resistant finish.
Expanded metal sheets for facades
Exterior sheet metal claddings offer numerous benefits that make them ideal for building facades, as they combine modern aesthetics with significant energy-saving advantages.
They are therefore perfect for use in sustainable architecture projects, thanks to their effectiveness in the thermal insulation of wind-exposed walls and their ability to limit heat build-up when used as sunshades.

You can request Fratelli Mariani architectural expanded metal sheets with a wide range of additional processing. Painting, washing, heat treatment and hot-dip galvanising to increase weather resistance, but also flattening and cutting to size to meet the most specific aesthetic and functional requirements.
